SWING-V POLICIES:
Product Guarantee:
We stand behind our product 100%. If you
receive a DVD that is not functioning, please
contact us at
CustomerService@SwingV.Com
and we will replace it with the event video or
workshop video you purchased.
Final Sales:
All sales are final. Because of the nature of
our business, all video sales are final.
We do however guarantee our product 100%.
In the event you receive a defective DVD, we
will be happy to replace it with a working 1 at
no cost to you, except for the cost of shipping.
Shipping Charges
There are usually no Shipping charges for the
event videos you initially purchase with SwingV.
However, from time to time a shipping and
handling charge may apply to your materials.
This is the case for some items including items
on special Sales. If this is the case,
such items will show up with the shipping
charges at or around the view cart, and/or
during checkout.
There may be an additional shipping and handling
fee based on your geographical location if
outside the USA. A $10 shipping fee will
be added to your total order.
